PVD Coating Research & Development Laboratory（Shanghai)
Laboratory was established in early 2014. Full set of coating production line, including PVD coating machine, Ultrasonic cleaning line, Drag Finish machine and laboratory testing equipment are imported from Europe.
The PVD coating systems and coating technology that designs and develop by our company, widely used in the most demanding wear and tear areas of thin films , such as metal turning tool industry, plastic injection molding industry, metal machinery parts, automotive, aviation fields as well as in the medical field.
Laboratory director Professor Zhang Ergeng organize a cooperation with our foreign PVD coating experts, for a long-term research and development for the new PVD coating recipe and innovate the new applications of PVD coating technology. In order to let PVD coating technology can be applied in many industrial sectors and achieved great success
